3) Products & Services
Alza Italia offers a range of electric vehicles, scooters and mopeds, designed to meet the needs of sustainable, safe and efficient mobility. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description, including technical characteristics, price and availability information.
4) Pricing and payments
The prices shown on our website are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods specified at the time of purchase. Payment will be charged at the time of ordering.
5) Shipping and delivery
Shipping times: Orders are shipped within the timeframe indicated on the site, but may vary depending on the destination and availability of the products.
Shipping areas: Alza Italia ships its products within Italy and to other selected countries. International shipments may incur additional charges.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package, and are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Tracking: We provide a tracking system to monitor the status of the shipment.
6) Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days from the date you received your order, provided that the product is unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error in the shipping process or a defect in the product.
7) Warranty
7.1 Warranty Coverage Alza Italia warrants that the product purchased is free from manufacturing defects for the period specified in the table below, starting from the date of original sale. If a fault occurs during the warranty period caused by a manufacturing defect, Alza will repair or replace the product free of charge.
7.2 Warranty periods

7.3 Warranty Exclusions The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modification
Accidental damage, contamination, or immersion in water
Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from the use of non-genuine parts
Failure to comply with periodic maintenance recommendations
7.4 Filing a Claim To make a warranty claim, please contact your authorized Alza dealer. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect found. The dealer will inspect the product and, if necessary, send it in for repair or replacement.
7.5 Periodic Maintenance The warranty may be voided if routine maintenance is not performed by an authorized Alza dealer. It is your responsibility to keep your service records up to date.
