Returns

Before returning any product, please contact us first. We accept returns if the buyer has received the product and no longer needs it, has changed their mind, or for other personal reasons. You have 14 days from the receipt of the product to initiate a return. Please ensure the product is returned in its original, undamaged condition.

Warranty Returns

If the service accepts your warranty application, we may ask you to return the part (if possible), and you will receive a new original part for free under the warranty. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Receiving a damaged shipment

If you receive a parcel that is significantly damaged, immediately check if the product has been damaged during transit. If you notice any damage, file a damage report with the courier as it will assist us in making a warranty decision. You must contact our service department with a detailed description of the issue within 5 days. Delays beyond this period may result in your warranty claim being invalid.

Not picking up the parcel / Refusing to accept the parcel

If for any reason you fail to pick up the parcel or refuse to accept it, you will be charged for shipping and re-packing costs. If the parcel is returned to the warehouse due to refusal, we will incur the expense of repacking the product for the next shipment.

  • If you still want the product, you will be asked to pay an additional shipping fee to resend it.

  • If you no longer want the product, we will refund your money minus the cost of shipping and repacking.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, accessories, and original packaging. If the product is not returned in this condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Processing Time for Refunds:

Custom products or sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for return. Additionally, products damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.
