Return Policy


Before You return any product please contact us first. We do accept returns if the buyer has
received the product and does not need it anymore, changed his mind or to the other personal
reasons. For the return You will have 14days after receiving the product. Make sure You return the product intact.
If the service accepts Your warranty application we will ask You to return the part( if possible ) and
You will receive a new original part for free under the warranty. Buyer pays a return postage cost.

Receiving a damaged shipment

If a parcel has been delivered to You and You see that it is significantly damaged, you should
immediately check that your product has not been damaged in transit. If you notice damaged parts,
make a Damage Raport with a courier, it will help us make a warranty decision.
Write to our service department with a detailed description of the problem in 5days. Do not delay,
after 5 days it may be too late to try to get the warranty valid.

Not picking up the parcel / Refusing to accept the parcel

If for some reason you have not picked up or refused to pick up the parcel, you will be charged for
shipping and re-packing the product.
If the parcel is refused, it is sent back to the warehouse
at our expense then we have to repack the product for the next shipment.
-If you still want your product you will be asked for a surcharge so we can send it again.
